Small and compact perfect where space is a problem. Electromechanical gearmotors designed to fit swing gates for homes and apartment buildings. Two versions are available: 230 V and 12 V for more intensive use.
Features: The underground installation does not affect the appearance of the gate. Irreversible motor (does not require an electric lock if installed on gates up to 1.8 m long). Long-lasting and silent-running. Sealed gearmotor. Practical and immediate manual release feature. The 12 V version works during power cuts; the control panel houses the rechargeable emergency battery. The 12 Volt version is fitted with an Encoder, a special detection system which causes the actuator to move the gate rapidly and then slow it down towards the end in order to prevent noisy impacts and rebounds.
